Posted On: 10/27/2023 What a wonderful experience which is rare for me to say about a dentist since I am terrified of the pain associated with dentistry (local anesthetics have no effect on me).

I’ve tried finding a dentist to see me whose calendar works for my overly booked work schedule for the past 4 years.

Not only did they remember to call me back when they happened to have an availability on my day off, but they were also very accommodating and communicative to make sure I was comfortable and knew all of my options for my mouth.

They were gentle, compassionate, friendly, and SO kind. So grateful I found them to establish care with. Shayla P

Posted On: 03/30/2023 I hate to leave bad reviews, especially when all other reviews clearly had good experiences. Unfortunetly that wasn't my case.

I came here to consult over very urgent needs. The doctor was nice and seemed caring and understanding, he came up with a plan I was happy about.

However, once I got to the front desk to schedule ongoing procedures I found they were so unhelpful and discouraging. I understand it's not the receptionist's policy, but this office offers no payment plans when it comes to hefy costs. They charge more than anywhere around, will take your insurance but not even let you pay on a plan. The cost would have been impossible in full up front even after the insurance, and without the procedures I am in intense pain, which they all knew.

I would expect a doctor, with the painful breakage I have in my teeth, to feel the need to act and then accept regular payments. Honestly, I'm still shocked.

I have no clue where to go at this point and even worse, the hygienist here actually CHIPPED my front tooth using excessive force with cleaning tools. I even stopped her a couple of times and she assured that they 'know where sensitive areas are.' Like anyone else, I have gone to dentists throughout my life and NEVER had someone scrape at my teeth with such excessive force, I was so alarmed. She was putting all her weight into it, i couldn't believe it but after speaking up twice, sat through it.

This wasnt even a sensitive area but my FRONT tooth. I felt something crunchy in my mouth right after and realized once home she actually noticeably chipped it, just to add to my issues. When I called that very same night, expecting them to care and to schedule a fix for what she'd done, the receptionist acted slightly offended and said they would have to see if they would even cover it. Seriously..?! I reported the issue the very same day. I still can't believe it given the candor of the doctor, that these would be his office policies.

Not only did I feel discouraged after hearing the policies, but to actually have a professional break my tooth, I would have at the least expected them to offer a quick fix for their damage. Very disappointed and sorry I even went here to have to write this. Taylor L

Posted On: 12/13/2020 Going to the dentist is always the worst day for me.... I just don’t like it. however I know when I go to reflections I’ll be as relaxed as I can be... they know me and my mouth, (I.e. my life including my family and all the sensitive teeth I own..)
Highly recommend...
Not looking forward to my next cleaning but I’m glad they’ll be there to get me through it.... Tony L
